Julia is the fourth generation of an Epping family in the trades, and we owe everything to this community. Our four children are the fifth generation to attend the same primary school!
Over the years, we've used just about every trade you can imagine. Too often, the experience felt harder than it should have. Poor communication, awkward payment, and not always feeling comfortable with who was turning up at the house.
Penny Lane was built to change that.
We set out to create a trade business with exceptional customer service. With clear communication, simple payment options, and smartly dressed, background-checked technicians, you feel comfortable welcoming them into your home.
At our core, we see ourselves as a hospitality and customer service business that happens to clean windows and gutters extremely well.
Our vintage-inspired vans and uniforms are inspired by a time when trade businesses were trusted, respected pillars of the community.
